Appointment Policy

We make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. But, because we may underestimate travel time, we might occasionally find ourselves behind schedule. We will call to inform you if we are running late.


For the safety of our staff and clients, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people. It is our policy to muzzle all dogs during the physical examination.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the conclusion of the visit. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks.

 Arrival Policy

Cats are masters of stealth and hiding. Please confine you cat to a carrier or bathroom 30 minutes prior to our arrival to avoid prolonged searches.
